Description
The Cecilware Pro FMS403LP LP gas fryer is perfect for frying chicken, onion rings, cheese curds, mozzarella sticks, French fries, or various other products. Its 14-inch by 14-inch tank can hold two fry baskets, enabling operators to keep up with a steady flow of customers. The tank is made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and has a cool zone to collect batter and breading to keep it from burning. This fryer puts out 90,000 BTU of frying heat. This heat is controlled by an Invensys® thermostat with a range of 200-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
